Okay, I have to give my reasons for shutting down my old site, I admit I was quite rash when the idea hit upon me to just shut down my site and the initial feeling was definitely uplifting, yet the feeling of emptiness didn't hit me until days later... I totally forgot why I had setup a blog in the first place.

Before setting up sk3118 on xanga, I actually had two blogs; blurty and livejournal, only posting comments on my friend's pages. As I tried posting on blurty or livejournal, I realized that there wasn't that charm or that old familiar feeling of posting on xanga... though I was quite taken in that blurty had a return email each time someone posted a comment or your sub wrote an entry which I liked, but the functions for blurty just didn’t feel right...
